The Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA) is led by FCAM, and Both ENDS and Mama Cash are also participating organizations. The alliance is a platform to motivate, support, and stimulate links and intersections between environmental justice movements, feminist movements, and women’s movements all around the world. However, beyond cross-movement collaborations, GAGGA integrates a wide array of key stakeholders (women’s funds and environmental justice funds, NGOs, and community groups) that work on different levels (local, national, regional, and international) towards the common goal of creating a world in which women of all ages and conditions, can exercise their rights to water, food security, and a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
